Fire fighter Michael Catoe climbs the ladder of the Pleasant Valley Fire Department's new ladder truck, while Captain Ryan Creed operates the ladder. The department received the new ladder truck and a new fire engine this month. The equipment was needed to keep up with the Panhandle's residential and commercial growth.
