Freshmen Falcons comeback in dramatic fashion

FORT MILL --
The Nation Ford freshmen football team won their season opener in dramatic fashion Thursday night 40-38 over Boiling Springs.
Quarterback Cole Martin hit Austin Hemphill for a touchdown in the closing minute as Nation Ford battled back from a 20-point halftime deficit. Martin finished the game with five touchdown passes. Hank Tiupulotu and Josh Shade had two touchdown grabs each and Tyree Chaplin did the damage on the ground by piling up big yardage and scoring one touchdowns.
Nation Ford plays at home Thursday against Lugoff-Elgin.
