— A 26-year-old Fort Mill man is accused of performing sex acts on a 14-year-old girl at a Rock Hill playground last month.

Police say Jonathan Stephen Brown began contacting the girl on a website called Live Links in August.

The girl told a family member that she talked to Brown on the phone, through text and on Facebook.

Brown asked the girl to send him nude pictures of herself, and she did, according to a Rock Hill police report.

He also sent nude pictures of himself to the girl, the report states.

The girl told police that Brown told her that “he hit is ex-wife but it was her fault.” Those comments made the girl feel scared for her safety if she did not comply with the man’s requests, the report states.

Police said Brown met the girl a playground on Ebenezer Road about three weeks ago at about 4 or 5 p.m., and the two engaged in sexual acts.

After an investigation, Brown was charged with forcible fondling, the report states.
