Fort Mill High Class of ’52 hold 60th reunion

The Fort Mill High School Class of 1952 had its 60th reunion Oct. 4 at Capt. Steve’s seafood restaurant.

There were 18 in attendance: Derris Davenport, Ann Compton, Jimmie Howie, Dimples Gibson, Wayland Helms, Frank Young, Baylas Mack, Sue Young, Margaret Crawford, Billy Hipp, Billy Coffee, Wayne Wiggins, Jerry Helms, Loyce Sutton, Regi Thackston, Clyde Hicks, Marvin Godfrey and Paul Hucks. A collage was displayed with pictures from past reunions plus a poster showing individual pictures taken from the yearbook. Spouses were in attendance as well as some invited guests.

A cake was decorated with the Yellow Jackets mascot.
