Pink Out a success

Fort Mill High School Athletic Booster Club and Fort Mill High School Football would like to thank everyone who helped make our third annual Pink Out a great success!

A special thank you goes to the Carolina Panthers for the use of their goal post pads and banners; Principal Dee Christopher, Athletic Director Dwayne Hartsoe and Coach Ed Susi for allowing us to have this event; April Simpkins of HRS&S Consulting for being our Mistress of Ceremony and for her generous donation; and The Fort Mill Times for doing a story and a follow-up on this event.

Most of all we would like to thank our brave Cancer Warriors, who have fought hard and continue to fight against this disease every day! This Pink Out is to honor all of you!

We raised $2,000 for the York County Cancer Association by the end of the Pink Out game. This amount is double what we have made in past years. So a big thank you to the Fort Mill High School students, faculty and parents, who are the ones who really made this happen.
