Shelter is a good idea, but not near homes

Dog shelter good idea, but not

near homes

I have a lot of respect for the Paws in the Panhandle organization, but I feel it would be inappropriate for them to open a dog shelter in a residential area.

I do not live on that road but I do feel the people who live there have a right to live in peace and not have to listen to a lot of barking and disturbance by these animals. Gloria Davey should have a little consideration for the people in the area as much as she has for her dogs. She should consider opening the shelter in a industrial area and not on a road that is surrounded by private homes.
