Fort Mill has two Veteran’s Day events today

A Veterans Day breakfast will be 8-10 a.m. Sunday at the Fort Mill VFW, 1442 Harris Road.

The menu includes eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, hash browns, sausage gravy, biscuits, waffles, coffee and juice. Plates are $6. For information, call 547-5480.

Following that, the Town of Fort Mill’s annual Veteran’s Day Program will be 10:30 a.m. Sunday at the Veteran’s Park in downtown Fort Mill.

Keynote speaker will be Army Sgt. George Kast. American Legion Post 43 Honor Guard will participate, and Mayor Danny Funderburk will preside. For more information, go to www.fortmillsc.gov.
