Observations: Warriors - Bobcats

Observations: Golden State Warriors - Charlotte Bobcats

• Charlotte Bobcats owner Michael Jordan hasn’t been sitting courtside next to his team’s bench much lately.

He did so Monday, and you could see him giving Bismack Biyombo an earful late in the first half.

• When asked what’s it’s like to come home, playing for an opposing team, as Stephen Curry did here, Golden State coach Mark Jackson said he always claimed that didn’t matter, but inside he was thinking “I want to murder that team.”

• The Bobcats are more prone to shot-clock violations than any other NBA team. Monday they had two during the first half (plus about eight air balls).

• They weren’t much better defensively. Starting in the second half of the San Antonio game Saturday, the Bobcats gave up 35 or more points in three consecutive quarters.

• This week represents a rough schedule and it only gets worse next week – four games in five nights out West.
