Too many excuses

I totally agree with Jules Giglio whose recent letter you published regarding mail delivery. I also live in Indian Land and my mail arrives between 5 and 7 p.m. every day – occasionally at 7:45 p.m. !

I am convinced the post office has a prepared list of 200+ excuses to offer the public when you call to complain. They seem to prefer excuse # 83, which is, “The truck broke down.”

Daily delivery time is a disgrace!
