Churches need to help the Care Center

I have lived and raised my family in this community for over 40 years and have always felt proud to be a part of it until I read your article about the Fort Mill Care Center closing its food pantry.

With over 60 churches in our area it’s hard to believe that no one can find space to house a food pantry. Our churches have ministry buildings, family life centers, Sunday school rooms, but no room to feed God’s poor. As Christians, are we not mandated to feed the hungry?
