— A Fort Mill man faces multiple charges related to child pornography following an undercover investigation, authorities said Thursday.

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson's office announced the arrest of Cleveland Douglas Moose, 67, of Fort Mill, by the York County Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff's office is part of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, according to Wilson's office.

An undercover investigator with the sheriff’s office, an ICAC Task Force member, allegedly downloaded an image depicting children engaged in sexual activity tat investigators said originated from an IP address in York County. The sheriff’s office executed a search warrant at Moose’s home and seized a computer and several digital storage devices, Wilson's office said.

Forensic examination allegedly revealed multiple video files containing child pornography, according to authorities. The attorney general's office said the images were shared on a peer-to-peer network online.

Moose is charged with eight counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor third degree (§16-15-410), a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.

The case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General's Office.
