Fort Mill High seniors intern at Times

September 16, 2013

The Fort Mill Times has two new interns, Brad Dountz and Kyle Neill, who will work with us for the 2013-’14 school year. Both are seniors at Fort Mill High School. Here’s a little more about them, in their words:

Q: What are your plans after graduation?

Brad: Hopefully go to USC or College of Charleston to major in Journalism.

Kyle: I hope to attend Syracuse University or New York University next fall and major in Broadcast Journalism.

Q: Tell us about your interests outside school.

Brad: I work at Ayrsley Grand Cinemas. I love to read, write and listen to music.

Kyle: I am a proud staff member of Fort Mill High School’s award winning show, “The Buzz.” When I’m not working on the show I love listening to music, spending time with friends and keeping up to date with world and local news.

Q: What’s the most recent song/video you downloaded?

Brad: Eminem’s “Berzerk.”

Kyle: Kanye West’s album “Yeezus”

Q: The most important thing going on in the world now is...

Brad: Fixing the world economy.

Kyle: Reducing national debt.

Q: Do you have pets? If so, tell us something about them.

Brad: I do not have any pets.

Kyle: I have two dogs, Kipper and Teddy.

Q: What style of BBQ do you favor?

Brad: Anything low and slow that’s drenched in sauce.

Kyle: There’s more than one style of BBQ?
