— A Fort Mill man was charged with littering after he allegedly tossed a cigarette pack containing a crack pipe into woods near a road, according to a Fort Mill Police Dept. report.

Police said an officer was investigating a burglary complaint when Robert Pernell Turner, 33, of 1425 Neighbors Lane, Fort Mill, was allegedly observed by the officer tossing what turned out to be a pack of Newports into a “wood line” by the road.
