New restaurant coming to Fort Mill’s Regent Park area

From staff reportsNovember 29, 2013

— A new restaurant is coming to the northern part of the township offering a new option in the area.

Flipside Cafe, 3150 Hwy. 21 N., in the vicinity of the Regent Park area near Carowinds Blvd., plans to open in the next week or two, the owners said. The restaurant will be open breakfast, lunch and dinner and brunch on Saturday and Sunday. The menu features a range of eclectic dishes, from lobster quiche to meatloaf mac and cheese.

“My husband and I have been in the industry for a combined 30 years but this is our first adventure in starting our own, so we are very excited,” co-owner Amy Kumpf said.
