— A Blackstock man was arrested Tuesday and charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor after he lied to an officer during a traffic stop, according to Fort Mill police.

Bobby Kelly, 44, was pulled over for a traffic offense on Tuesday night. When police asked for identification, he gave the officer his brother's driver's license. When questioned, Kelly admitted that his license was suspended.

After discovering Kelly's identity, police discovered a warrant was issued for his arrest in connection with an assault last year.

In September, a Fort Mill girl, 14, told police that Kelly sexually assaulted her. After an investigation, a warrant was issued, a police report states.

Kelly was charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor, driving with a suspended license and giving false information to police.

He is being held at the York County Detention Center on an $80,902.50 bond.
