A Second Harvest mobile food pantry is coming to Indian Land at 9 a.m. March 28 at Belair United Methodist Church.

Registration begins at 8:45 a.m. Food recipients will be asked to provide ID when registering. A driver’s license, Social Security card and state-issued voter registration ID cards are all acceptable. The food is intended primarily for Indian Land residents, but the giveaway is open to everyone who registers.

Food is distributed on a first come, first served basis until it is gone. The mobile pantry will arrive rain or shine.

The Second Harvest of Metrolina agency is working with Faith Presbyterian and Belair United Methodist churches in Indian Land to arrange for future visits.

Belair United Methodist Church church is at 8095 Shelley Mullis Road, Indian Land. For more information about the mobile pantry or to volunteer, call Faith Presbyterian Church at 548-8810.
