2 arrested after fight in Tega Cay

April 14, 2014

— Two men were arrested after an altercation at the Tega Cay Golf Club on April 10, according to a Tega Cay Police Department report.

Police responded to the club on Molokai after receiving a call about a fight there. The complainant, Jacob Pizzuto, 21, of 237 Sand Paver Way, Fort Mill, told police he was urinating off the deck of the club house bar when he was struck in the head by another, identified as Jason Tannenbaum, 31, of 12101 Bay Tree Way, Charlotte, who then left the area, the report states.

Tannenbaum told police that Pizzuto first assaulted him with a table, but after interviewing both men, officers, who said both men intoxicated at the time, decided Tannenbaum was the aggressor and he was charged with assault and battery third degree. Pizzuto was issued a summons for public disorderly conduct.
