Dresses, ‘Oz’ costumes needed

Camp CARE (Cancer ain’t Really the End) kids will be “off to see the wizard” this summer, but they need some help from the community.

Camp CARE – which provides a weeklong summer camp and other year-round activities for children who have or have had cancer – needs prom dresses, princess dresses and “Wizard of Oz” costumes for girls between the ages of 5 and 17, in all shapes and sizes, for the camp’s annual prom.

Dresses can be dropped off by June 25 at Elite Repeats, 1135 Stonecrest Blvd., Tega Cay, just off Highway 160 West near Wal-Mart.

For more information, contact Angel Polito at 803-487-4287 or alpolito@outlook.com. To learn more about Camp CARE, or to make a donation, go to campcare.org.
