TOWN OF FORT MILL — Town of Fort Mill

Fort Mill building inspector Wayne Hunter has been honored by Crescent Communities with a section of the subdivision of Springfield being named Hunter Ridge. Crescent Communities honored Hunter for his 24 years of service to the town, his dedication to the Springfield project since 2006, and his commitment to the town of Fort Mill.

“Given his years of service, his loyalty to his job, his fairness in dealing with all sorts of issues and his dedication to the citizens of Fort Mill, we felt this small tribute was well deserved,” said James Martin, vice president of Crescent’s residential group.

Hunter oversees the development and ensures that life safety codes are met for construction.
