The Indian Land Warriors boys track team finished seventh in the state Saturday at the 1A state championship track and field meet.
With 29 points, Indian Land tied with Calhoun Falls for seventh, less than 10 points out of fourth place.
Indian Land also saw top five finishes from senior Joel Sinnett in the 800-meters in 2:05.68 and senior David Rogers in the 400-meters in 53 seconds.
The boys team also performed well in the relay events, finishing fifth in the 4 x 800-meter relay in 9:17:14 and sixth in the 4 x 400-meter relay in 3:46.06.
Indian Land only took one female to Columbia in freshman Mariah Williams, who finished tied for sixth in the high jump with a height of 4-feet, 8 inches.
