Warriors can do odd jobs for you

Do you have an odd job that you never seem to have the energy or time to get done? The Indian Land Wrestling Team is sponsoring an Odd Jobs Fund-raising program. Wrestling parents will link enthusiastic wrestlers with homeowners and employers looking for casual help. Casual jobs can last from a couple of hours to a week, and may range in activities from lawn care to painting to indoor housework. The odd jobs you have around your home or office may be bothersome to you, but to a wrestler, they help pay for their wrestling camp and provide valuable experiences that help wrestlers prepare for the work force. All the tools and materials must be provided and the wrestlers will provide the labor. All potential homeowners and employers need to contact our parents to get every job set up. Donations are accepted for all jobs.

Checks must be made payable to: Indian Land Wrestling. Checks are due after jobs are completed.

For details, e-mail wrestling coach Mike Kersey at mkersey@ lcsd.k12.sc.us or call 548-2916.
