FORT MILL --
The Nation Ford High Lady Falcons are heading to the Upper State title game Thursday to meet either Byrnes High School or Dorman High School.
The Lady Falcons beat Hillcrest High School in the third round of the Class 4A state playoffs Tuesday 25-15, 25-19, 20-25 and 25-16. Nation Ford never trailed in the first or fourth sets of the match and only trailed in the second set once.
The fourth-ranked Nation Ford team was led by junior Sara Bebeau, who had 17 kills and 11 digs. Freshman Caylee Antilley had eight kills, five digs and an ace, while senior Morgan Wolf had 13 digs.
Nation Ford would play at home if it faces Byrnes because the Lady Falcons are the higher seed, but hit the road against Dorman.
