• Lunch and Learn, at the Fort Mill YMCA is 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18. This month's topic is "Can You Hear Me Now?" Guest speaker Connie Smith Holt, Aud. D. will be discussing issues related to hearing loss. The community is invited to bring a light lunch and the YMCA will provide drinks and sides. Free. To register, call 548-8020.

• Line dancing, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, at the Gold Hill YMCA. Susan Benfield will be instructing the class that meets on the third and fourth Thursdays of the month. $20.

• Bike races, the Dylan Mitchell Memorial Criterium begins at 8 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, in downtown Fort Mill. The race course will start at the Town Hall and proceed on Confederate St., then Main St., then Academy St., then Banks St., then turning on to Confederate St. to the finish line at Town Hall. Spectators welecome - even pets, as long as they are controlled. Races expected to last until 5 p.m.

• Blood drive, 2-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17, at Lakeshore Christian Fellowship, 130 Shoreline Pkwy., Tega Cay.

• Free concert, Joystick plays music from the 80s to today's Top 40 7-10 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, at Turner Field in Tega Cay. Parking available at lower tennis courts and trolleys run from Turner Field starting at 5:30 p.m. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, but no BYOB, pets or grills. The rainout hotline is 548-1750.

• Family reunion, for descendants and relatives of W.J. and Eudosia Perry Rodgers at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 21, at Belair United Methodist Church. Everyone is asked to bring their favorite foods and any items, pictures or news bits of family interest.

Free food, prizes and information on the HIV/AIDS virus, including an open forum consisting of teens and young adults.
