A 35-year-old Duluth man who was caring for an 11-month-old neighbor boy when he was found unresponsive has been charged in the boy's death.
Michael Virgil Tahtinen appeared in St. Louis County District Court on Monday on charges of second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter in the death of Connor Robison.
